Michael R. won an amazing level of points for this company and the only reason we'll continue to do business with AAA Fire. This man was able to successfully troubleshoot an old system that is not well known now a days. Fix multiple errors with it while also explaining the process of his theory of what was wrong and confirming that theory accurate with his resolutions. 12/10 Will absolutely recommend Michael and his company.
While initially quite difficult to coordinate our annual fire control systems / alarm inspection with former office staff, eventually the scheduling assistance provided by Jennifer, and inspections by Aaron & Matthew were top notch! Everyone seemed to have the necessary expertise, coupled with courtesy and professionalism. Very satisfied!
After being with a different provider for the past 4 years AAA is a breath of fresh air. I thought customer service was dead, I guess I was wrong as this company really does care.
Efficient and knowledgeable. I also learned that AAA can perform ALL of the various fire-related compliance inspections (sprinklers, extinguishers, alarms). Ie, one stop service vs piecemeal providers. Seth and Joe are experts.
Highly recommend! Kelera (Admin) and Joe (Tech) are fantastic and have graciously gone above and beyond to help solve issues.
They were prompt with their arrival and the tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me being new and not knowing all the helpful information.
